Manor Medical Practice Detail Survey
Overview
Manor Medical Practice has consulted with the Patient Participation Group on appointments and the responses of the initial survey have now been compiled to produce this detailed survey.
We are hoping that with Patient input we can improve our service by making booking and cancelling appointments easier, provide more convenient appointments and thus hopefully reduce the number of missed appointments.
What happens next
When the results of this survey have been compiled we intend to produce an action plan which will be signed off by the Patient Participation Group.
A full report detailling how we got to the action plan will be published on our website by the end of March 2012.
