Trading Standards Business Survey

Hammersmith & Fulham Trading Standards Service is committed to providing a high quality service. If a Trading Standards Officer has been in contact with you recently, we would like to receive your comments, as your opinion is very important to us. If we are not providing the services you want, we want to do something about it.
We would be grateful if you could help us to monitor and improve our services by completing this questionnaire.
Any additional comments that you feel may assist us would also be gratefully received.
