Registered Social Landlord Survey 2010
The Council is conducting the Registered Social Landlord Survey to determine what our stakeholders think of the benefits service and establish an understanding of some of the expectations of our services.
Over the years we, the Benefits Services at London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, have established a good relationship with our stakeholders. We have held regular meetings, where we have given feedback and updates on our performance. We have established a Take Up & Liaison team who have had one to one contact with a number of organisations.
This survey is being carried out to establish the satisfaction rate of our stakeholders. Our aim is to use the information to establish "best practice" and to develop services.
