Advice Agency Survey 2010

The Council is conducting an Advice Agency Survey to determine what you think of the benefits service and establish an understanding of some of the expectations of our services.

Over the years we at London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, benefits service have established a good relationship with our stakeholders.  We have held regular meetings,  where we have  given feedback and up dates on our performance.  We have established a Take Up & Liaison team who have had one to one contact with a number of organisations. 

This survey is being carried out to establish the satisfaction rate of our stakeholders.  Our aim to use the information to establish "best practice" and to develope services.
