ICELE Web Masters and Communicators Research Survey
If you're not sure this questionnaire is for you, then don't leave - take part in our Barriers to eDemocracy Survey instead - which is just as much fun!
What do we want your views on?
Have you invested time and money in new online developments, but struggled to get local residents to try them out? Have you developed an online tool, only to find that you could have done it better, or more easily with an existing tool, or piece of opensource software?
Webmasters: We know that being a webmaster in a local council can be an isolated experience - many council's web teams are 'one man bands', meaning it's sometimes difficult to get advice and support within your teams, especially from a technical point of view.
Communicators: Ever been asked to communicate an online development and been handed a technical manual and a complicated web address? Ever struggled to make online developments meaningful to your residents?
Well ICELE could help. Our ambition is to become the place you visit to ask for help, support and guidance, and to download ideas for press releases, marketing campaigns, product documentation, training manuals and much more.
And we want your views to help us do this in the right way and provide the right type of help, advice and support.
If you have any queries, please feel free to get in touch with ICELE.
