Citizen Space continues to be developed in a collaborative way. New features are developed in response to conversations with customers about what's needed.
We also maintain a roadmap of ideas that we think will help our users, and we collect feedback through our online support system and regular user surveys.

Citizen Space is used by national and state governments, local authorities, and organisations including police, healthcare, regulators and trusts.
It's suitable for anyone who needs to publish and manage consultations, and has been adopted by more than 30 public sector organisations.
