Overview
Citizen Space is cloud-based software for managing, publicising and archiving all of your organisation's consultation activity. Developed in collaboration with the UK Government, it has been designed to help local and central government run their consultation processes more efficiently and effectively.
Citizen Space provides the following key areas of functionality:
Consultation management
Password-protected administration area allowing members of your organisation to add, edit and report on consultations.
Public-facing Consultation Finder
A front-end website allowing the public to search for, share and participate in consultations.
Quick Consult survey tool
A flexible online survey system for securely collecting consultation responses from users.
Analysis, reporting & export
Tools for tagging and making sense of consultation responses, generating reports and statistics, and exporting data for use in other systems such as Microsoft® Excel® and SPSS®.
User and department admin
Tools for setting up user accounts, assigning roles to users, and grouping users into organisational departments or teams.

Optional extras that are useful to certain types of organisation or consultation activity.

Citizen Space is a hosted web application. We handle all the setup, maintenance and support, with no need to install anything on your own servers or desktop computers.
Built for Gov
Citizen Space was developed in collaboration with government in the UK. Co-creation with users from central and local governments continues to develop and shape the functionality.

Citizen Space meets W3C WAI WCAG 1.0 & 2.0 Level AA accessibility guidelines. All pages are valid XHTML/1.0 and CSS 2.1.
Scalable, proven, secure
Citizen Space is trusted by state and national governments, local authorities and many other organisations to run their online consultation activity. Testing is at the heart of Delib's development cycle, and the system has been independently penetration tested for security.
Plays nicely with others
You can link Citizen Space consultation records to any other online engagement systems on the Internet. Using industry standard technologies such as RSS and RDFa, Citizen Space can feed its data into other third-party applications.
