Overview
Bristol City Council is producing a ‘Local Development Order’ (LDO) to grant planning permission for temporary uses on Plot 3 Temple Quay. Plot 3 is located adjacent to Temple Meads train station and is a key site within the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.
Why we are consulting
Before adopting an LDO the council needs to consult individuals and organisations whose interests might be affected. We are keen to ensure that the widest possible range of local communities, landowners, developers and other stakeholders are able to comment on the proposals.
