Millpond Primary School - Mandatory Zigzags
Overview
As part of the Safer Routes to School Scheme we are aiming to make the Zigzags outside Millpond Primary School on Baptist St mandatory. This will mean that they will be enforceable between the hours of 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. The aim will be to make the journey to school for pedestrians and cyclists safer experience.
Why we are consulting
We are consulting with residents and community organisations to make sure that opinions, comments and objections are fully considered and any appropriate changes made prior to implementation.

At the end of the Public Consultation there have been no comments received either for or against the scheme. The scheme will be going on to have a Traffic Regulation Order processed and it will remain for the most part unchanged.
