Bristol Central Area Action Plan - Options Consultation

Overview

The council is preparing the Bristol Central Area Action Plan (BCAAP). The BCAAP will be a blueprint for how central Bristol and its distinctive neighbourhoods should develop by 2026. It will contain proposals for particular sites and policies which will be used by the council when considering planning applications.

The council carried out initial community engagement during 2010 and 2011 on issues that the BCAAP should address. Informed by this, the ‘BCAAP Options Document’ has now been published for consultation.

Alongside the Options Document, the council is also consulting on the City Centre Public Realm and Movement Framework.
